San Joaquin Valley Concentrates, located in Fresno, CA, is the world’s largest supplier of Red and White Grape Concentrate. Since our inception in 1994, our vision has been to provide world-class products to the food and beverage industry.

In 1996, we added very dark Red Grape Concentrate (Red 8,000) to our portfolio and provided long term contracts with farmers to provide specific grape to support this product.

In 1998, we increased our products to include Red Grape Skin Extracts as a domestic alternate to the European Skin Extract.

In 2002, we began producing ActiVin, a water extracted, purified grape seed extract that is an antioxidant used to promote health.

In each of the above product lines, we are the number one producer as a result of our dedication to quality, service, and cost control.

In 2010, we began a new chapter by producing dry and liquid colorants for the food industry. These products can be produced as customer proprietary blends, blends of mixed fruit and vegetable, or as a 100% colorant of a fruit or vegetable.
