About Anthocyanins

Our superior fruit and vegetable colors allow us to create the most stable anthocyanin colors available. Our Rubired varietal, unique to San Joaquin Valley Concentrates, has a complex molecular structure that makes it more stable than all other berry fruits, grapes, and European grape skin extracts. Other red grapes and berry fruit anthocyanins are monoglucosides whereas Rubired grape anthocyanins are diglucosides. The additional glucose on the Rubired grape anthocyanin molecule provides game changing protection.
